The Vegetable Gardens of Velles, members of the Cocagne Network, were created in 2006 on a 4,5 hectare plot of land including 10000 m² of greenhouses. We are a producer of vegetables, grown on our farm certified Organic Agriculture (ECOCERT certification). The Vegetable Gardens of Velles They employ 25 people facing difficulties to promote their social and professional integration, and 6 permanent staff (3 technical supervisors, 1 integration officer, and a network coordinator). Each week, member consumers pick up a basket of organic vegetables from a depot near their home.
Every Wednesday morning from April to December, we hold a direct sale in front of the offices of Solidarité Accueil at 26 rue de Notz from 9:30 am to 13:30 pm.
